With nine years of experience in the BPO industry—rising from Customer Service Representative to Operations Manager—and three years as a Healthcare Practice Manager, Neil has developed a deep understanding of workforce processes, operational streamlining, and strategic planning to drive efficiency and productivity.

Throughout his career, Neil has successfully managed diverse teams, analyzed performance metrics, and implemented targeted action plans to improve outcomes.
